JobsToWin, run by [business name], helps tradespeople find publicly listed businesses and contact them. We provide business listings "as found". We don't guarantee that any contact detail is accurate or up to date, or that you will win work.
New accounts get a 7-day free trial on the plan chosen at sign-up. A card is needed to start the trial but nothing is charged during it. When the trial ends, the first monthly payment is taken automatically unless you cancel before then (Account → Manage billing); if you cancel during the trial you are never charged. Plans: Starter (£69), Pro (£99) or Expert (£249) per month, billed monthly in advance through Stripe. Founding members (the first 30 customers) pay £35 per month for Starter for as long as their subscription stays active; the price is lost if they cancel. Features marked "coming soon" are not included until they launch. You can cancel any time from Account → Manage billing. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. We don't refund part-months.
Searches are limited per day (shown in the app) because each search costs us money. Accounts are for one business. Don't share logins, resell the data, or use automated tools against the service.
We may suspend accounts that are used for spam or that break these terms.
Anyone can post a job for free. We pass the job to member firms in that trade and area, and share contact details between the person who posted it and the firms who respond (up to 5). We are an introduction service only: we don't vet, recommend, employ or guarantee any firm or any job, and any agreement is directly between the customer and the firm. Customers should check a firm's reviews, insurance and, where it applies, its registration (for example the Gas Safe Register for gas work) before hiring, get a written quote, and not pay the full amount up front. Members must only respond to jobs they are qualified and insured to do. Members are responsible for holding any registration or licence the law requires for their work (for example Gas Safe, F-Gas, SIA, a waste carrier registration or FCA authorisation), and confirm that any registration number or other claim they add to their account is genuine, current and their own. Registration numbers are shown as declared by the member; we do not check them, and customers should confirm them on the official register. Either side can report a problem from the job; we may remove jobs or members who break these terms.
To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We're not liable for lost profits or for how you use the leads. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law.
