JobsToWin is run by [business name], [business address]. Contact: info@jobstowin.com. We are the data controller for our customers' account data.
When you sign up we store your email, a scrambled (hashed) version of your password, your business name, your name, phone, trade and town. We use these to run your account, sign the emails the app prepares for you, and bill you. Lawful basis: performance of our contract with you.
If you tap "Use my location" when searching, your device shares its position once so we can find the nearest postcode. We use it for that search only and don't store it. We look the postcode up with postcodes.io, a free UK postcode service.
If you post a job, we store the details you give (job, postcode, name, email, phone, business). The job, budget and area (the first half of your postcode) are shown to members in that trade near you. Your name, phone, email and full postcode are shared only with the firms who respond to your job (at most 5), and you get theirs. Jobs stop showing after 30 days or when you close them. To have a job deleted, email us.
Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number. We store your Stripe customer reference and subscription status.
We use one essential cookie to keep you logged in. There are no advertising or tracking cookies.
The businesses you find come from Google Maps listings and from the generic contact email (info@, enquiries@ and similar) published on each business's own website. We deliberately do not collect personal email addresses. To help you address people properly, the app may show a contact's name where it is already public: the person who posted a job, the contact named on a public contract notice, a name given on the business's own website, or a company director listed at Companies House. These names are stored only against the lead you saved, and you can change or delete them. Leads you save are stored in your account, and you decide whether to contact them. For leads you save and contact, you are the data controller and are responsible for complying with UK GDPR and PECR.

Data is stored on servers run by Render (our hosting provider) in the EU. We keep your account data while your account is open. Deleting your account (Account → Delete) erases your account and all saved leads immediately. Billing records are kept by Stripe for as long as tax law requires.
You can access, correct, export (Export to spreadsheet) or delete your data at any time, and object to or restrict processing. Email us for anything you can't do in the app. You can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
